To make onion pakoras, first cut the onion into small pieces. Now chop the green chillies and coriander finely. After this, take a mixing bowl, add rice flour and gram flour to it and mix it well. Mix all the ingredients, including green coriander, green chillies, ginger, and garlic paste, well in this mixture.

Now add a little water to this mixture and prepare a thick paste. As soon as the batter is ready, mix onion and salt well. Now, heat the oil in a pan on medium flame and add the pakora batter gradually. Then deep fry them till they become golden.
