Justin and Hailey Bieber are the masters of polar-opposite dressing. Whereas other couples enjoy coordinating their outfits (cough, the Beckhams, cough), the Biebers take a more distinctive approach to dressing. Hailey usually prefers dressy designer pieces, and Justin goes for dressed-down streetwear. Their individualistic approach to fashion was on display last night, when the stars grabbed dinner in Beverly Hills in two very different approaches to fall style. This time, it was Justin who went dressy, and Hailey who took a more casual route. Let’s dive in.
Hailey—who often steps out in chic LBDs—forwent a dress in favor of denim overalls, styled over a classic white tee. Though it’s a very 1990s look, she made it feel current with a polished black top coat, pointed heels, and a Saint Laurent Manhattan bag. The whole look is actually very Justin, who’s known to rock an overall or two.
The singer, meanwhile, elevated his date night outfit with a black leather jacket, checkered dress pants, and a pair of snazzy tasseled Santoni loafers (usually, he’s in a pair of sneakers or even fuzzy Louis Vuitton hotel slippers). His backwards cap and tiny sunglasses, though, made his sophisticated outfit feel heartthrob-worthy. Still, the combination of their two different vibes, somehow, worked.
