Rashmika Mandanna will be making her Hindi film debut with Goodbye. The film, also starring Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta, among others, is directed by Vikas Bahl. Rashmika shared her excitement about the same in an exclusive chat with IndiaToday.in and also gave an update on the Pushpa 2 shoot. She also revealed when she will begin shooting for the Allu Arjun starrer.
RASHMIKA GIVES US AN UPDATE ON PUSHPA 2
“Pushpa 2, we will be starting after the release of Goodbye, after the 7th, towards the end of October. It is exciting, it is going to be bigger and better and you are going to have a fun ride,” Rashmika told IndiaToday.in. The actress was paired alongside Allu in Pushpa, which was a pan-India hit. The film grossed nearly Rs 365 crore worldwide and is one of the biggest hits of the year for the Indian film industry.
Meanwhile, Rashmika also spoke about Goodbye and shared, “When the script came to me, I read it in one go and I was really excited about the character. The fact that I was going to work with Amitabh Bachchan was a cherry on the cake.”
ABOUT GOODBYE
Goodbye will hit theatres on October 7, 2022. The film was produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Good Co, and Reliance. The trailer for the film has been received very well. Rashmika also has Mission Majnu with Sidharth Malhotra in the pipeline, along with Animal. In Animal, the actress will be seen alongside Ranbir Kapoor.
