Once again, the whole world is going to witness some cosmic events. In astrology, an eclipse is considered to be of great importance, like planets and constellations. Eclipse is considered important from a religious point of view. Whenever an eclipse occurs, that event is considered one of the astronomical events. Like the year 2024, there will be two solar and two lunar eclipses in 2025. Along with this, a rare full blood moon will be seen next year. It will take place on the full moon of Phalgun month on 14 March.

Two solar and two lunar eclipses

The special thing is that Holika Dahan is on this day, although it will not be visible in India. After this, the second lunar eclipse of the year 2025 will take place on 7 September in Pitripaksha. It will also not affect India. In the year 2025, the first solar eclipse will take place on 29 March and the second on 21 September. Both of these will be partial solar eclipses, so both of them will not be visible in India.

When does a solar eclipse occur?

1. According to astrology, when the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun and the sunlight does not reach the Earth, then a solar eclipse occurs.

2. A partial solar eclipse occurs when the Moon, Earth, and Sun are not aligned in a straight line. Because of this, the Moon covers only some part of the Sun. In the same solar eclipse, a partial solar eclipse is also visible due to location.

3. An annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon is away from the Earth. Then it does not cover the Sun completely, due to which we see a ‘ring of fire’ in the sky during a solar eclipse.

4. A hybrid solar eclipse is called an annular total eclipse. In this, it completely covers the sun, but some part remains open.
