Prime Minister Anthony Albanese “opened up floodgates” after he came out and started “insulting” people from the Voice ‘No’ campaign, according to leading ‘No Vote’ campaigner Warren Mundine.
“The Prime Minister, he started this, he could have come out, prosecuted the case for the ‘Yes’ campaign and left it at that,” Mr Mundine told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“But no, he had to come out and start insulting people and start calling them names, which then opened up the floodgates for other people to do this.
“He’s supposed to open the gates up for a normal conversation and debate between ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ people and prosecute that case, but no, that wasn’t good enough for him.”
